Beauty: NEON LIDS AND CORAL LIPS TAKE CENTRE STAGE ON DAY 4 OF LFW
The
joy of being at Fashion Week doubles when you see some stunning makeup
to go with haute couture. After all, makeup is the one thing that takes
the look to a whole new level. Day 4 at LFW witnessed some fabulous
beauty looks on the runway – painted lids, coral lips and contoured
faces. Want to know all about the looks that got our love? We list our
three favourites…
Renowned for their unique prints, Pankaj and Nidhi put up a
praiseworthy show on Day 4. However, we couldn’t help but take notice
of the stunning makeup each of their models flaunted. Incorporating some
serious drama around the eyes – lids painted in light blue and neon pink – took their look to a whole new level.
How to get Pankaj and Nidhi’s runway look:
If you’re an eye makeup lover, this look is right up your alley. But before you get on with the eyes, use a bit of the Lakmé Youth Infinity Skin Firming Night Cream that’ll lend the skin a glow. To get the dramatic eyes, line them with the Lakmé Absolute Precision Liquid Liner, paint your lids with a mix of the Lakmé Absolute Drama Stylist Shadow Crayon in Light Blue and Green. Finally, curl your lashes with a lash curler and seal your look with the Lakmé Eyeconic Curling Mascara.

After having walked the runway for Masaba, Nargis did the
same with utmost confidence for Suneet Varma. Agreed that her bridal
lehenga had us excited, but it was the subtle yet gorgeous makeup that
got a thumbs up from us. Her well ‘Sculpt’ed look included black-lined
eyelids with a hint of gold and a peachy pout for the lips. Not to
mention, the flower in the hair went beautifully with the bridal avatar.
How to get Suneet Verma’s runway look:
Moisturise your face and then use the primer and foundation. Play up the eyes with the Lakmé Absolute Precision Liquid Liner but use the Lakmé 9-5 Eye Quartet to get that tinge of gold eyeshadow on the lids. Wrap up the look with the Lakmé Eyeconic Curling Mascara and use the Lakmé Absolute Sculpt Studio Matte Lipstick in Peach Pout but remember to use it lightly as seen on Ms. Fakhri.

How to get Rimi Nayak’s runway look:
Remember that this look is all about drama around the eyes. Use generous amounts of the Lakmé Youth Infinity Skin Firming Serum that’ll leave your skin looking fresh. After the foundation and compact application move to the best part, the eyes. Line them up with the Lakmé Absolute Precision Liquid Liner and use the Lakmé Eyeconic Black to make the four wing-like strokes around the eyes. After using the Lakmé Absolute Sculpt Studio Matte Lipstick in Coral Flare, apply a hint of the Lakmé Absolute Gloss Stylist in Coral and you’ve got yourself a stellar look!
