 There is something about leggings that spells ‘easy.’ Just like a bag of buttered popcorn, they’re our comfort fashion food. But don’t let comfort spell frumpy and boring when it comes to leggings. Work a pair of basic navy leggings for a brunch date with your besties. How, you ask? It’s easy. All you need is a cute-girl dress! Style it up by cinching the dress with a contrast broad belt.
