Gold feather earrings

Cut two feathers of equal sizes out of a leather piece and paint them in dual colours (spray or fabric paint), turquoise and gold or brown or gold. Be careful to secure the areas with tapes while painting so that the two colours do not merge with one another. After the paints dry, give it a fringe like finishing touch with a pair of scissors and attach hooks for a pair of gypsy earrings.
